Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened candles, incense, and tarot/oracle decks due to hygiene and energy-cleansing reasons.
Custom or personalized items.
Clearance or final sale products.

Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
💰 Refunds

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before a scheduled service will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations within less than 12 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows without prior notice will forfeit 100% of the service fee and will not be eligible for rescheduling.
