Cancellation Policy

At Raven & Crone Co., we strive to make the booking process for our tarot and spiritual services seamless and fair for all clients. Please review our policies before scheduling your reading. 📅 Booking Policy All tarot readings must be booked in advance through our website, email, or live chat. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. For text readings, you will receive your tarot interpretation within [set time frame, e.g., 24 hours] after payment confirmation. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for a later date. No-shows without prior notice will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for rescheduling. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If a reading slot is fully booked, clients can join the waitlist to be notified of any openings. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order they signed up.
